闵20低渗透敏感性油藏注清水研究

摘要 敏感性油藏的注水一直是油田开发的一个难点。闵20油田就是一个敏感性中偏强的油田,先期投产的注水井注清水后,井口压力上升较快,注水效果差。本文通过流动实验对闵20油田进行了注入水配伍敏感因素分析及伤害预测,确定了在注水前及注水过程中采用1%TDC-15防膨液进行防膨的预处理方案;同时通过室内实验筛选了适合该区块的三防药剂;配合PEB清水精细过滤工艺提高注入水水质。这一系列措施实施后,闵20油田注水效果得到了明显的改善。 It has been a problem in oilfield development to inject water in sensitive reservoirs. Min 20 is an oilfield having medium to strong sensitivity. After injecting fresh water, wellhead pressure had increased rapidly, and the effect was poor. In flow test, compatibility and sensitivity analysis and damage prediction had been conducted for injected water of Min 20, and it was determined that 1 % TDC - 15 anti- swelling fluid should be used before and during water injection for pretreatment. In addition, a 'three - anti' agent suitable to this block had been screened through laboratory experiment. The quality of injected water can be improved by incorporating PEB fresh water filtering process. The effect of water injection in Min 20 oilfield has been improved after implementing these measures.
