摘要 原油集输脱水过程中,温度影响破乳剂效率和脱水质量。针对高一联合站在实际工作中因液量变化造成原油经加热炉加热后温度不稳定,导致脱水温度达不到最佳温度,影响脱水效果(油水分离效果)的问题,应用加热炉出口温度实时闭环监控技术,对原油脱水温度进行控制,以提高原油脱水质量。 The efficiency of demulsifying agent and the quality of dehydration have been influenced by temperature during crude oil gathering and transporting process. Oil temperature is inconstant after being heated because of the change of fluid volumes through heater, so that optimum dehydration temperature cannot be obtained, and the effect of dehydration (oil- water separation) is thus affected. The technique of real - lime closed loop monitoring for temperature at heater outlet has been applied to improve dehydration quality.
