油田进入中后期开采阶段后,出砂油井已经占相当大的比例,在采油过程中,经常造成泵的砂卡及早期磨损,影响油田生产的正常进行。针对这种情况,设计研制了一种新型井下抽油泵——自补偿式软柱塞泵。该泵的柱塞与泵筒结构采用软硬配合方式,在出砂井中能够真正做到不砂卡,并且有较长的使用寿命,与普通抽油泵相比,具有较高的泵效及较低的成本。

When an oilfield enters mid- late stage, the number of sand producing wells will be a considerable portion. Sanding in pump and early wear of pump are common and affect normal oil production. In accordance with this circumstance, a new type of oil well pump has been designed and developed - auto - compensation soft plunger pump. The plunger and barrel of this pump adopt soft - hard coordination to avoid sanding in and extend pump life. Comparing with common oil well pump, it has relatively high pump efficiency and low cost.
