关于制度变迁方式的模型分析

Model Analysis of the Ways of System Changes

经济制度的主要作用是降低交易行为的信息成本和协调成本，制度变迁的主要方式有两种：一是由政治代理人(如政府)从外部强制推行的方式；二是由分散的经济组织经过创新、仿效、选择、接受或抵制过程，即由一个从需求到供给的诱致型模式，通过建立市场模型来分析比较这两种制度变迁模式在不同时期和环境条件下的优劣，并探讨中国市场经济在现阶段应该选择的制度变革道路。

The main role of economic system is to reduce information cost and coordinate cost of transaction. There are two ways in system changes: First, politics agent coerce it from outside; Secondly, disperse organizations build a lead model in the course of innovation, imitation, choice, acceptance or resistance. This paper analyses strong and weak points of the two systems in different times, environment and conditions, and study the way of system innovation we should adopt in the present stage.
