摘要  采用溶胶 凝胶法制备超细CuO/SiO2环境友好催化剂,详细考察各种制备参数对其结构的影响,并对催化剂进行BET、TEM和XRD表征.结果表明:絮凝剂及其浓度、pH值、老化时间和焙烧温度是对催化剂结构有重要影响的制备参数.较适宜的条件为:采用工业硅溶胶为硅源,絮凝剂为Na2CO3,浓度为1.0mol/L,pH值为中性,老化时间2h,焙烧温度400℃. CuO/SiO\-2 environmentally friendly catalysts were prepared by solgel methods. The influence of preparation parameters on the structural properties of CuO/SiO\-2 had been studied in detail. The results of the experiments have shown that the flocculating agent, its concentration, the pH valves, the aging time and the calcinations temperature are the preparation parameters which have important influences on catalyst structure. The proper conditions:industrial silicasol is used as silicium resource;the flocculating agent is Na\-2CO\-3 which is 1.0 mol/L;the pH value is neutrality; the aging time is 2 hours and the calcinations temperature is 400 ℃.
