摘要
本文报道丙烯酰胺对小鼠骨髓染色体畸变和微核率的影响。试验剂量分别为25、50、100mg/kg。结果表明,50mg/kg开始使小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变及微核率增高,与阴性对照比较有显著差异,有剂量—反应关系。表明丙烯酰胺对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体有损伤作用。
In this paper, the effects of acrylamide(AA)monomer on, frequency of chromosomal aberration and micronucleus in the bone marrow of mice was reported. AA was given to the mice in dosage of 25, 50, 100mg/kg. The results showed that AA elevated frequency of chromosomal aberration and micronucleus in middle and high dosage. There was a relationshep between dosage and response. Besides, it indicated that AA induced an injury of the chromosome in the bone marrow of the mice.
