对高职人才培养与社会需求脱节问题的思考

Training Specialized Students in Higher Vocational Colleges should Meet the Needs of Society

文章认为沿用学科型高校的教材与办学模式、教师队伍不适应高职教学要求、校企分离等因素造成高职人才培养与社会需求脱节,必须突出职教特色、校企结合、加强双师型教师队伍建设、突出动手能力,并从教材、教法等方面彻底改革才有望解决。而高职院校的改革又必须政府统揽、企业参与、加大投入方能奏效。

This essay holds that the training of specialized students in higher vocational colleges does not meet the practical needs of society in some way because of the adopting of teaching materials of institutions of higher learning, because teachers do not fit in with the needs of higher vocational education, and because the schools are separated from the enterprises and so on. The author of this essay puts forward that the higher vocational colleges should take some measures to solve this problem by highlighting the features of professional education, combining these schools with enterprises, fostering a group of teaching staff with theoretical and practical knowledge, focusing on fostering students?practical ability, and reforming teaching materials and methods completely. The success of the reform in higher vocational colleges can only be achieved by the supporting of government and the participating of enterprises.
