国人中脑内部动脉的观察

OBSERVATION ON THE INTERNAL ARTERIES OF THE HUMAN MIDBRAIN IN CHINESE

本文观察10例婴儿中脑各群动脉入脑后的分布范围和中脑内部各结构的血供来源。中脑内部动脉的配布形式,以中脑导水管为中心呈辐辏状排列。前内侧群动脉分布于中缝两侧的区域,主要供应动眼神经核、滑车神经核、红核和内侧纵束;前外侧群动脉分布于大脑脚、黑质和内侧丘系;外侧群动脉分布于外侧丘系、中央束和网状结构;后群动脉主要供应上丘和下丘。

10 fresh brain specimen were infused with gelatin ink and serial sections were made to observe the distribution of the internal arteries. The distribution of the internal arteries of the midbrain was in radial shap, in the centre of the aqueduct of the midbrain. The anteromedial arteries were distributed on both sides of the indian raphe, supplying blood mainly for the oculomotor, trochlear and red nuclei as well as longitudinal faseieulus. The anterolateral arteries supply the pedunculus, substantia nigra and the medial leminiscus. The lateral group supplies the lateral lemniscus, central tegmental tract and reticular formation. The posterior group supplies the superior and inferior colliculus.
