布尔山羊不同季节超排效果比较研究

Comparison of the Superovulation Results of Goat in Spring and Autumn

2002年秋季和2003年春季在山西太谷采用置入炔诺酮阴道栓+FSH+氯前列烯醇超数排卵处理方法,对12只布尔山羊进行了超数排卵处理。结果表明;布尔山羊春天夏初非繁殖季节、秋季繁殖季节的超排效果即供体羊平均回收胚胎数量、羊均可用胚胎数量、超排有效率、可用胚比率分别为20.5枚、18.3枚、100.0%、89.0%和22.8%枚、21.5枚、100.0%、94.5%,春末夏初超排效果虽稍低于秋季,但春、秋两季并无显著差异(p>0.05)。

Superovulation were conduated on 12 Boer Goat in 2002 Autumn and 2003 Spring in Shaxi Province.Superovulation was induced by norgestrelinpregnated intravaginal spongeFSHPG methods.The results showed that the average embryos collected number per donor.The average usable embryos obtained per donor The effective superovulation rate and usable embryo rate of Boer Goat in Autumn and Spring were20.5,18.3,100% 89.0%and 22.8,21.5 100% 94.5% respectively.The results of superovulation in spring is lower than in autumn,but there has no significant difference(p<0.05)
