摘要
本文介绍1026例甲状腺疾病患者的甲状腺细针吸取细胞学检查及细胞学分级诊断结果。其中有351例手术切除标本的组织病理学检查对照。细胞学诊断符合率96.0％。同时,对甲状腺细胞分级诊断标准、分级诊断在临床应用价值及甲状腺细胞学诊断中,根据某些病变的细胞形态特点,反映其组织病理学特征等进行了讨论。
The paper reported that the results of cytological grading diagnosis by a fine needle aspiration biopsy in 1026 eases with thyroid diseases, of which 351 cases were compared with pathologic histology diagnosis. Ii was shown that the results of the two methods were the same in the coincidence rate (96.0％). The criteria of cytological grading diagnosis, the relationship between cellular morphological characteristics and pathological changes in some diseases were discussed.
