摘要
对楼宇自动化系统设计原理作了阐述,着重说明了楼宇自动化系统的能源管理与控制设计以及楼宇自动化空调系统节能控制设计.并依据此设计原则,以武汉某智能大厦的楼宇自动化设计为例,详细论述了楼宇自控系统设计和节能功能.通过分析认为:从技术角度看,将BAS系统划分为防火和保安子系统,具有硬件设备资源共享好,便于整体管理与维护,可以统筹在正常与异常情况下的设备控制方案,从而得到全面的集中监控;从工程应用角度看,应该从规划设计开始,强调系统的开放性,强调系统联网中信息资源共享问题.
The principle of building automatic system is introduced, especially the energy management, control design and the energysaving control design of aircondition automatic system are emphasized. Then the automatic design of an intelligent building in Wuhan is taken as an example. The attention are payed to the automatic design and the content of the automatic checking system. The applicant study shows the following results: from the aspect of technology, dividing the BAS into fireproof and security subsystem can share the resources with hardware equipments, can be easily managed and maintained, and can also provide a general control through the appratus control project under normal and abnormal status; from the aspect of engineering application, it must emphasize on opening characteristic and information resourcesharing of system from the beginning step of programming design.
