According to the engineering practices, the general formula of the horizontal arc beam under differeat loads which consist of distributed loads, couple loads and so on is presented by applying the minimum power theory. Moreover, the arbitrary internal force of shaft can be reckoned by the general formula. The formula is used widely and conveniently, and an engineering example is used to verify the feasibility.
