摘要
煤矿井下玻璃钢制品的制作工艺多以手工糊制为主。本文从工艺角度,结合煤矿立井井筒玻璃钢梯子间的特点,详细介绍了糊制工艺操作和质量控制。该工艺制作已应用于近十家煤矿,产品质量得到用户一致好评。
Manufacturing of GFRP at coalmine bottom takes plaster by hand as its major craft. In combination with the properties of coalmine circular shaft plaster craft and quality controls. This handcraft has been applied to about ten coalmine users and the product quality has got good comments.
