用1:1000新洁尔灭溶液处理污染吸痰管,辅以其他消毒措施,使GBS气管切开患者气管内分泌物绿脓假单胞菌检出率从90％下降至0,患者预后得到改善。
By treating the contaminated caltheters with 1: 1000 bromo geramium solution and using other disinfection procedures, the isolating rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the intratracheai secretions of the posttracheostomy patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome had reduced from 90％ to zero, and the prognosis of the patients was improved.
