从双胸蚓组织分离、提取的溶栓酶制剂含有纤溶酶类及纤溶酶原激活物,具有良好的溶解血栓作用。动物实验表明该制剂能使体内t-PA活力增加,但不影响PAI活力。
The enzyme solution from Bimastos consists of plasmin and plasminogen activator (t-PA)which has apparent thrombolytic effect on thrombi, Recent animal experiments demonstrated that the enzyme solution could enhance the activity of the plasminogen activator (t-PA) but had no effect on the plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI).
