乳化进料在重油催化裂化中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 以常压渣油分别添加不同乳化剂的两种乳化油为原料 ,在小型固定式流化床上进行催化裂化反应试验 ,考察它们的反应性能。试验结果表明 :乳化油比常渣具有更好的反应性能。在相同的试验条件下 ,与常压渣油相比 ,乳化油的转化率提高 5~ 7个百分点 ,汽油产率提高 1~ 4个百分点 ,重油产率下降 5个百分点左右 ,液化气产率提高 1 .3~ 2个百分点左右 ,液收率增加 3~ 5个百分点 ,干气产率增加 0 .8个百分点左右 ,而焦炭产率相差不大。在近似转化率下 ,乳化油的产品选择性要远远优于常渣。 The FCC reaction property was contrasted between two kinds of emulsified oil and atmospheric residue in a confined fluidized bed reactor (CFBR). Ac cording to the 'demolition atomization' theory that secondary atomization can form smaller oil drop in riser, and the invigorating effect of emulsifier to FCC which can promote theheavy oil FCC reactions. The CFBR experimental results indicate that emulsified oil have better FCC reaction characteristics than atmospheric residue. Under the same reaction conditions, the conversion of emulsified oil increases by 5 to 7 percent, gasoline yield 1 to 4 percent, LPG yield 1.3 to 2percent, dry gas yield about 0.8 percent, heavy oil yielddecrease about 5 percent, and coke yield is similar. At the approximate conversion, the selectivity of emulsified oil is superior to that of atmospheric residue. The difference of FCC reaction property of two emulsified oil is small.
