摘要
在分析了油田采出液水处理过程中含油污泥组分和粒径的基础上 ,开发研制了以含油污泥体系为主要原料并添加适当化学助剂为辅加剂的含油污泥深度调剖剂。综合性能评价实验结果表明 :该调剖剂具有较好的热稳定性、抗剪切及抗污染能力。封堵性能实验结果表明 :该调剖剂岩心封堵率为 95 %以上 ,突破压力高达 7.5MPa以上 ,具有较高的封堵强度。现场试验结果表明 :截至 2 0 0 2年 7月 ,兴 2 1 2断块已累计增产油气当量 35 0 0t,降水 2 0 0 0 0m3,获得直接经济效益 1 6 8万元。投入产出比达 1∶2 .3。随之也彻底处理掉了辽河油田兴一联和兴二联积存含油污泥 2 1 0 0m3。该技术不仅有效地解决了含油污泥外排造成的环境污染问题 ,也为油田综合治理、降低生产成本提供了一项新的技术措施 。
A depth profile control agent based on oily sludge and some chemical agent has been developed.Comprehensive property evaluation experiment showed that it was better in resistance to heat stability, to shearing stability and to pollution. Plugging property evaluation experiment showed that this kind of profile control agent possessed core plugging ratio above 95 percent and breakthrough pressureabove 7.5 MPa. So it has higher plugging strength. This technology not only solved environment pollution leaded by oily sludge emission, but also provided a new technology measures for reducing production costs. So it has comprehensive actual application value.
