摘要
微波低温等离子体由微波高频放电而得 ,将其应用于退浆及去除纤维素纤维天然杂质 ,并对其效果进行研究 ,探讨处理功率、气体压力、时间等参数对棉织物的去杂效率、强力、白度的影响 ,并与常规前处理工艺进行对比。研究表明 ,以微波低温等离子体处理替代传统的棉织物退浆、煮练工艺 ,织物的毛效、强力、白度及染色K/S值等指标可接近或超过常规工艺水平。
Low temperature plasma discharged by microwave HF(high-frequency) is applied to cotton fabric pretreatment. Its effect on removal of the size and impurities is researched . The influence of process parameters including power, pressure and time on efficiency of impurity removal, fiber strength and whiteness are discussed in details. As the result, the indexes of capillary effect, strength, whiteness and K/S value with this methed are close or beyond those indexes from conventional process.
