摘要
本文结合安徽探矿权采矿权市场建设实际 ,在充分肯定探矿权采矿权市场建设取得成绩的同时 ,指出了当前探矿权采矿权市场建设中存在的 6个方面问题并进行了原因分析 ,提出了 7条对策建议。本文提出的问题具有一定的普遍性 。
The author, taking Anhui province for example, states the facts and outcomes of the construction of mineral exploration and mining rights markets, meanwhile points out and analyzes the main problems existing in six aspects. Seven recommendations for promoting construction of this market are proposed. The problems involved are thought to be universal to some extent in China. The recommendations are worthy of reference to other provinces.
