摘要
本文首先界定了土地整理经济效益评价的概念 ;其次 ,按照一定原则 ,选取了 4类指标 ,包括一般技术指标和综合经济指标 ;最后 ,将所选取的指标运用于北京市房山区土地整理规划的效益评价中 ,合理评价了土地整理过程中的土地利用程度、改善土地条件程度、土地投入产出效果以及综合投资效益。
This paper firstly defines economic benefits of land consolidation.Secondly,according to certain principles, this paper chooses four kinds of indexes, including general technical index and compositive economic index.Finally, using these indexes to evaluate economic benefits of land consolidation in Fangshan district, this paper gets the proper results of evaluation of land utilization, land improvement, input output benefits and investment benefits.
