Three Representatives' further classifies the CPC's goal and expounds the focus and the orientation of the Party's work in the new period. The Party's policy towards ethnic groups, which is based on the actual situations in China, is the key policy for solving the ethnic problems. A successful implementation of this policy is an embodiment of 'Three Representatives'.
