摘要
研究了选择性聚团法深度脱灰机理.通过改变用油量和搅拌时间,观察了聚团形态,结果表明:随着油用量和搅拌时间的增加,聚团的平均粒度逐渐增大,精煤的灰分降低.随着pH值的增大,ζ电位的绝对值变大,分散体系越稳定.分散剂的加入使ζ电位的绝对值变大,分散剂的加量以1kg/t为好.
The principle of selective oil agglomeration was studied during preparing ultra-clean coal. By changing the oil amount and the stirring time, the flocculate patterns were observed. The experiments show that the more the oil amount and the longer the stirring time, the bigger the particle size of coal flocculate and the lower the ash of clean coal. Along with the increasing of pH value, the absolute value of potential became greater, the dispersive system was more stable. When the disperser was added, the absolute value of potential became greater, the suitable amount of disperser was 1 kg/t.
