Study on Transfer Table Body of Sintering Engine

通过对国内设计制造的大型烧结机台车的工况条件及失效原因的分析 ,明确大型烧结机台车体铸件的选材、生产工艺、品质控制等方面的技术要求 ,并通过铸造工艺CAE计算机模拟分析 ,优化完善生产工艺 ,所生产的大型烧结机台车体质量满足生产使用要求 。

Through the analysis of working condition and loss effect of large scal size sintering Engine's transfer table body made in China, determining the technological request from aspects of material, technique, quality control, using simulation analysis of foundry technology CAE, and optimizing design, we produced the satisfied transfer table body of large scale size sintering engine.
