摘要
破碎机飞轮 ,通过收缩模数法计算 ,有效地改进铸件补缩 ,从原有 3只 15 0mm× 3 5 0mm的冒口改为 1只 14 0mm× 3 5 0mm的鸭嘴冒口 ,横浇口布置半圈 ,内浇口改为扁梯形 ,消除了收缩缺陷。工艺出品率由 82 .7%提高到 92 .0 %。
Using the contraction modulus method to modify the riser system of Type K31×06-32 flywheel, the concrete countermeasures are as follows: we use a 140 mm ×350 mm duck month riser to replace original three 150 mm ×350 mm rises, runner is semi-circle and ingate is flat ladder-shape. The defects have not been found in casting. The yield ratio is increased from 82.7% to 92.9%.
