摘要
以较低品位工业纯铝 (Al99.5 )为原材料、用自行开发的高效熔体综合处理技术制备 1种高成形性压力罐用铝材 (简称铝原块 ) ,该技术的处理效果表明 :除杂率和针孔率分别降低 81.97%和 87.0 0 % ,晶粒尺度减小 ,富铁杂质相由较粗大长针 (条 )状变成细小的短棒状或圆球状 ,其圆整度为 1.2 3 ,提高了材料的冶金品质和力学性能 ,伸长率和断面收缩率分别提高 64 .7%和 65 .4% ,铝原块用料低品化是可行的。
The aluminum sheet used for pressure can(or called aluminum piece) was prepared by the new self-developed synthetical technique of high-efficient melt-treatment and using the lower grade commercial purity raw aluminum(Al99.5) , and the treatment effects of the new technique were investigated. It is found that the new technique makes the metallurgical quality of the aluminum piece improved remarkably, that is, the rate of removinginclusions and the extent of lowering porosity amount to about 81.97% and 87.00%, respectively, and as-cast mean grain diameter decreases to a great extent, and the coarse and long needle/flake Fe-rich impurity phases are transformed into complex compounds of tiny, sphere/short stick form, the round-degree of impurity phases is equal to about 1.23, thus raising mechanical properties of this material remarkably, especially elongation( δ ) and the rate of section contraction( ψ ) of this material are increased by 64.7% and 65.4%, respectively. The metallurgical quality and mechanical properties of the aluminum pieces have reached or exceeded the level of the present products. It is feasible that the aluminum pieces are made by using the lower grade commercial purity raw aluminum.
