摘要
讨论冶金品质、镁硅质量比、微量稀土及热处理制度对 60 63铝合金导热性能的影响 ,在分析实验数据的基础上 ,阐述了各影响因素的作用机理。当镁硅比值 <1.73时 ,60 63铝合金具有较高的导热能力 ,稀土含量为 0 .3 %导热性能好。
The effects of four factors on heat exchange of 6063 aluminum alloy are discussed. With analysis of experimental data, action mechanism of each factor is expatiated. When weight ratio of Mg and Si is 1.73, the capability of heat exchange is higher, when content of rare earth is 0.3%, the capability of heat exchange is best.
