由于铝电联营可对电解铝企业和发电企业同时带来巨大的经济效益,因此这种经营模式已在国内外广泛采用。文章分析、比较了铝电联营中的两种形式,即垂直一体化与长期合同的优缺点,我国铝、电企业应根据自身的条件、环境作出合理的选择。

The mode of joint management of electrolytic aluminum smelter and electric power enterprise is widely adopted on account of that such a joint management brings about huge economic benefits to both enterprises. Two kinds of following forms of joint management of an electrolytic alaminam smelter and an electric power enterprise are compared and analyzed in terms of advantages and disadvantages One form is a joint management of an integrated enterprise composed of an electric power division and electrolytic aluminum smelter, and the other form is a joint management based on a long term contract being effective between an electrolytic aluminum smelter and an electric power enterprise. A domestic electrolytic aluminum smelter or an electric power enterprise may make a careful and rational choice of the above mode in accordance with each of its oun actual conditions.
