跨膜蛋白酶研究进展
Advance of study on transmembrane protease
摘要
目的 总结近几年国内外对跨膜蛋白酶的研究现状。方法 综合分析近年发表的有关文献。结果 探讨了跨膜蛋白酶的分类、结构、功能及研究前景。结论 跨膜蛋白酶具有蛋白裂解和附着能力 ,在信号跨膜传导。
