摘要
以正丁酸和戊醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成了丁酸戊酯。最佳合成条件:以0.1mol正丁酸为基准,醇酸摩尔比为1.2:1,催化剂用量0.2克,甲苯5毫升,反应时间30min,丁酸的酯化率可达99.3%,在无甲苯存在下,合成食品级丁酸戊酯,酯化率可达99.7%。
By using sodium hydrogen sulfate as the catalyst, butyric acid and amyl alcohol reacted to form amyl butyrate. The optimum conditions using 0.1 mol of butyric acid are as following: molar ratio of amyl alcohol to butyric acid is 1.2, mass of catalyst is 0.2 g, toluene is 5 ml and reaction time is 30 min. The esterification yield for butyric acid is about 99.3 % . Without toluene, the esterification rate of synthetic food additives amyl butyrate is about 99.7 % .
