摘要
运用超声测试法,观察优秀长跑运动员和普通大学生直立位运动负荷递增时左室收缩期血流动力学变化。随着运动强度的增加,优秀运动员的每搏量呈递增趋势;而普通大学生每搏量在运动初期增加,在运动负荷100W时增至最大,后随着强度的增加基本上维持在一个平台趋势。
Using the method of ultrasonic measurements, the authors have observed the excellent longdistance runners and ordinary university students' dynamic changes of blood flow during the left ventricular contraction phase when exercising at a progressive load with an upright position. They have found that with the increase of exercise intensity, the elite's stroke volume assumed the trend of progressive increase, while the ordinary university students' stroke volume increased at the beginning of exercise and came to the maximum when the load reached 100w, then basically maintained a terrace trend, despite the increase of exercise intensity.
