摘要
“和谐”,指事物协调地生存与发展的状态。从微观的角度看,“和谐”的理念主要用于处理一个组织中的管理者与被管理者之间的关系,从而形成“管理的和谐”。其主要包括自我管理的和谐、人才管理的和谐、行为管理的和谐、沟通管理的和谐、冲突管理的和谐以及跨文化管理的和谐。
Harmony refers to a state in which things exist and develop coordinately. From micro angle, the idea of harmony is mainly used to deal with relationship between the managers and the managed of an organization to form harmony of management. Harmony of management includes harmony of self - management, harmony of talent management, harmony of behavior management, harmony of communications management, harmony of conflict management and harmony of trans - cultural management.
