我国现代企业制度的建立和完善,为厂长经理及企业经营管理者提出了新的任务和要求。作为企业的领导者和管理者,必须学习贯彻十六大精神,准确把握企业文化的方向和功能,高度重视企业文化的“软件”开发,即在非物质文化建设上下功夫,同时认识广东企业文化建设的新情况和新特点,注重面向企业中的外来员工进行企业文化建设。
The establishment and perfection of modern enterprise system raises new tasks and demands for directors, managers and other managerial personnel of enterprises. Leaders and managers of enterprises must implement the policies promulgated in the 16th Congress of CPC, grasp the orientation and functions of enterprise culture and highlight the 'software' development of enterprise culture, that is, to focus on establishment of non - material enterprise culture. The paper specifically studies the new situation and new characters of enterprise culture developed by Guangdong enterprises, which is focused on employees from other places.
