关于高校预算管理的几点思考

随着高校体制的深入改革,高校的资金来源渠道逐步从一元向多元拓展。为了有计划地统筹安排学校的有限资金,提高各项资金的使用效率,进一步促进高等教育事业的建设和发展,高校应重视和加强对经费的预算管理。

Along with the deepening reform of college system, institutions of higher learning have more channels to raise funds besides financial allocation. Colleges and universities should focus on and strengthen management of expenses in order to overall plan the expenditure of the limited funds, improve the use efficiency and further promote the construction and development of the undertaking of higher learning.
