在信息时代,数字图书馆建设已成为全世界图书馆的一种发展趋势。我国在数字图书馆建设方面还存在着资金投入不足、信息资源建设缺乏标准和规范、人员素质偏低、立法滞后等问题,这些问题在不同程度上制约了数字图书馆建设,必须加以完善。

In the age of information, establishment of digital libraries has become a trend worldwide. The development of digital libraries in our country is confronted with problems of insufficient input of capital, lack of standards for establishment of data sources, low qualities of staff and backwardness in legislation. Hindering the development of digital libraries, the problems should be solved.
