重催装置内取热器换热管破裂分析

摘要 论述了内取热器Cr5Mo换热管破裂性质、原因及防止措施 ,指出采用高镍焊材异质接头 ,管内局部区域存在较厚覆盖物。 Character,cause and provision of the interchange tube rupture for interior heat collector were introduced. The analysis showed that making high nickel dissimilar filler metal joint , more heavy deposition as well as NaOH condensation on local zone in the tube, more high stress level were main cause for above Intergranular rupture.
