县域内城镇土地分等研究——以临潼区为例

A study on the land classification of small towns in county areas:Lintong Area as an example

根据县域内小城镇用地的特征,提出在县域内小城镇土地分等中,应增加两个一级因子,一是距离上一等级城镇的距离,二是镇域内农民人均纯收入,并对西安市临潼区范围内的城镇土地进行了分等,在分等中对这两个新增因子的量化进行了探讨,可为西部地区县域内开展土地分等提供参考。

According to the characteristics of land utilization of small towns in county areas,it should be pointed out that two factors should be added to the classification of small towns: one is the peasant′s net income in one year and the other is the distance from one town to its upper grade towns,then the land grade of all towns is classified in Lintong Area.Finally,the quantification of the two new factors is analyzed, which can be popularized to the classification of small towns in West Areas.
