多弹头射频治疗头颈部复发肿瘤 被引量:3

Study on the treatment of head and neck late recurrence tumors by using multi-bullet radiofrequency therapy

摘要 目的 :探讨多弹头射频治疗头颈复发肿瘤的近期疗效、不良反应及适应证。方法 :用美国RF(ra diofrequencyablation) 2 0 0 0多弹头 (多集束电极 )射频对 11例头颈复发肿瘤行经口腔直视肿瘤进针、软腭切开径路肿瘤穿刺进针、支撑喉镜下肿瘤穿刺进针、经皮穿刺进针CT引导 4种不同方法进行直视肿瘤射频治疗。结果 :随访 1.2~ 2 .6年。短期治愈 9例 ,有效 1例 ,无效 1例 ,无以往传统治疗的并发症。结论 :多弹头射频治疗头颈部复发肿瘤方法可行 ,且有一定优势 。 Objective:To study the treatment to head and necklate recurrence tumors by using multibullet radiofrequency therapy.Method:Eleven patients with late recurrence head and neck tumors were treated by using multi-bullet radiofrequency therapy. Before and after the therapy, the tumor size, pathologic alteration were assessed. The serial changes in tumor size after therapy were evaluated with CT imaging. The effects, sideeffects and indications of this therapy were observed also.Result:The ablation, coagulation and necrosis of tumors were observed during the multibullet radiofrequency therapy in all this 11 patients. The tumors disappeared in CT scanning during 1.2~ 2.6 years follow up.Conclusion:Our study suggests that the multibullet radiofrequency therapy is a safe and effective treatment for patients with head and neck late recurrence tumors.
