摘要
分析了计算机技术和现代微机保护技术的发展趋势,阐述了电力系统发展对微机保护的新要求,从而提出了网络化通用硬件平台和层次结构软件平台的设计思想,并对网络应用的关键问题进行了深入研究和大量试验,证实了网络应用的高可靠性,还对变电站自动化中微机保护网络通信功能、智能化状态检测新特点、以及全自动化测试提出了新想法和实现方式,最后对微机保护新原理、新算法及其发展作了简要论述。
This paper analyzes the development tendency of computer technology and modern microprocessor-based protection, describes the new requirements for microprocessor-based protection according to power system development, and presents the design concept of networking hardware platform and hierarchy software platform. The key problems for network application are studied deeply and the high reliability of network application has confirmed through plenty of test. New opinion and the way of realizing for the network communication function of microprocessor-based protection in substation automation, new characteristics of intelligent condition monitoring, as well as full automatic test are put forward in the paper. Finally, the new principle and new algorithm of microprocessorbased protection and its development are briefly introduced.
