Based on the online monitoring of the economic indexes and the operational instruction system of the industrial control machine, the paper points out the significance of the online thermal index analysis, with the focus on the analysis of the design foundation and the processing technique of the key algorithm. A practical disposition plan of computer hardware and software is proposed.
