摘要
在分析中国电力市场现状与发展特点的基础上 ,考虑到山西省目前正进入电力市场筹备阶段的客观环境 ,提出几点所需要的准备工作 ,大致概括出电力市场建立的步骤。另外提出为了反映电力系统供求状况 ,应改变以往执行平稳电价的做法 。
To establish power market is necessary. The present situation and developing feature of China power market is analysed. This essay considers that Shanxi province is ready for establishment of power market and proposes several tasks to finish. it outlines steps of founding powermarket. It stresses that spot price is an important factor to power market.
