摘要
分析了阳光发电有限责任公司 3#、4 #炉制粉系统中输粉系统故障频繁的主要原因 ,通过在制粉系统中加装换向挡板、交叉管等技术措施 ,使输粉系统得到了优化 ,降低了输粉机的运行率。改造后每年节约费用 2 19.5 15 4万元 ,提高了设备的安全性和经济性 ,产生了良好的效益。
The main causes of the failures of the storage powder System of 3 # and 4 # boilers in Yangguang power Generation Limited Company are analysed. By adding the direction plank and the cross tube in the system, the powder distribution system is optimized and the operational rate is lowered. The operation cost is decreased by 2 195 154 RMB yuan and its safety and economic benefits are increased
