摘要
对于均质各向同性材料 ,三点弯曲实验和四点弯曲实验得到的弯曲模量与拉伸模量基本上一致。而对于三维编织复合材料 ,其弯曲模量特性则与拉伸性能不同。通过对三维编织 T30 0 /QY95 1 2复合材料三点弯曲和四点弯曲的实验 ,得到三维编织复合材料的弯曲性能。比较分析后 ,发现与四点弯曲实验不同 ,三点弯曲实验并不能直接得到试件的弯曲模量 ;而两种实验得到的强度差异不大。与拉伸压缩的实验数据比较 ,可以得到 :试件的弯曲模量不等于其拉伸和压缩模量 ;弯曲强度也不同于拉伸强度和压缩强度。
For uniform isotropic materials, the bending modulus of three-point bending (TPB) test and four point bending (FPB) test are almost the same and they are almost equal to the material's tensile modulus. While for the 3-D braided composites, modulus and strength characteristics are different. The bending properties of 3-D braided T300/QY9512 are obtained from the TPB and FPB tests. The results reveal that the bending modulus can't be directly obtained from the TPB test. The bending strength obtained from the two tests are almost the same. Compared with the tensile and compressive experiment results, the bending modulus is not equal to the tensile or compressive modulus and the bending strength is not equal to tensile or compressive strength.
