加强高校思想政治工作实效性的几点思考

Considerations about Strengthening the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Work in Higher Schools

当前一些高校思想政治工作存在着不适应社会生活变化、针对性不强、方法手段滞后等一系列问题,大大制约了思想政治工作综合效能的发挥。高校思想政治工作要有的放矢,真正收到实效,就必须做到:把握发展的新趋势、掌握思想的新变化、强调运作的新思路。

There are many problems in the ideological and political work in higher schools, such as, not suitable for the changes of social life, not being aimed at enough, methods lagging behind. All these problems greathy restrict the elaboration of comprehensive effectiveness of ideological and political work. We must grasp the new developing trend, master new ideological changes and emphasize new thinking way of operating so that ideological and political work in higher schools can be aimed at and get real effectiveness.
