With the development of computer and further application of IT,the present network structure is very complicated,and always varied.As for network manager,it is very important to know how to manage network effectively,and how to make the network management system for the present network.In this paper,the development,normalization and application of network techniques are explored,and two kinds of reprehensive network management software are introduced.
