摘要
目的 :优选桃花止泻冲剂中干姜的最佳提取工艺。方法 :通过正交设计试验 ,以挥发油提取量为考察指标 ,探讨干姜挥发油最佳提取工艺。结果 :最佳提取工艺条件为 :干姜粉碎度为 2 mm,0 .5kg药材加水 6L,提取 9h。结论
Objective:To optimize the ideal extraction technology of Zingiber officinale Rosc. in Taohua Anti-diarrhea Granule.Methods:Applying the orthogonal design and the extraction volume of volatile oil being chosen as the detective index, the optimum extraction conditions were investigated.Results:The optimum extraction condition showed that the rough powder of Zingiber officinale Rosc. was 2 mm, 6 L water was added to the herb and extracted for 9 h.Conclusion:The optimum technology provided theoretic basis for the producing of Taohua Anti-diarrhea Granule.
