变质僵蚕引起中毒的实验报告

Experiment Report on Intoxication Caused by Degenerate Bombyx Batryticatus

目的 :探讨变质僵蚕是否引起中毒及毒性作用。方法 :采用变质僵蚕的乙醇提取液 ,给小鼠进行腹腔注射 ,并对致死的小鼠进行病理研究。结果 :实验小鼠均出现明显的中毒表现 ,并部分死亡 ,病理切片表明 ,小鼠的肝、肾等有明显的病理改变。结论 :变质僵蚕能使实验动物中毒 ,并对其肝。

Objective: To study whether or not degenerate Bombyx Batryticatus causes intoxication and toxicity effects.Methods: To inject the extraction liquid from alcohol afte r immersed with degenerate Bombyx Batryticatus into abdominal cavity of thes e mice to carry out pathology research on the dead mice.Results: All of the mice showed the symptoms of intoxicati on and some of these mice died. The pathological slices demonstrated that some o rgans such as liver, kidney and so on of the experimented mice showed evident pa thological changes.Conclusion:Degenerate Bombyx Batryticatus can intoxica te the experimental animals and damage such organs as liver, kidney and so on.
