摘要
目的 :研究覆盆子、夏枯草、阴行草对四氯化碳所致小鼠肝损伤的影响和药材本身对小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基移换酶(AL T)和血清天门冬氨酸氨基移换酶 (AST)值的影响。方法 :1给小鼠灌胃 75%药材水提物 5d后 ,测定 AL T和 AST。2给灌胃 75%药材水提物 4d的小鼠用 CCl4 染毒后 ,测定 AL T和 AST。结果 :夏枯草使小鼠 AL T和 AST值明显升高 ,覆盆子 + CCl4、夏枯草 + CCl4 及阴行草 + CCl4 组均较 CCl4 组小鼠 AL T和 AST值增高非常显著。结论 :夏枯草有肝脏毒作用 ,覆盆子、夏枯草及阴行草有加重 CCl4
Objective: Mouse model of CCl 4 induced acute liver dama ge were used to study the effects of the decoction of Rubus chingii Hu., S iphonostegia chinensis Renth. and Prunella valgares L. for the ALT and AST , and the effects of three medicinal herbs on the mouse liver was studied. Methods: ① The changes of ALT and AST in mouse were det ermined after being given 75% extract of three medicinal herbs. ② The ALT and A ST were determined by the chemical method on mouse model of acute liver damage i nduced by CCl 4. Results: Mouse ALT and AST of Prunella vulgares L. wer e increased significantly than that in the controls and the ALT and AST of Rubus chingii Hu+CCl 4, Prunella vulgaris L.+CCl 4 and Siphonostegia chinensis Bent h.+CCl 4 groups were increased significatly than that in CCl 4 group. Conclusion: Prunella vulgaris L. shows hepatotoxicity in m ouse and all of three herbs also show increased hepatotxicity in mouse model of acute liver damage induced by CCl 4.
