摘要
目的 检测nm 2 3 ,整合素α5β1 和VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达及其相互关系 ,以探讨其对乳腺癌发展的影响。方法 采用免疫组化法检测 5 1例乳腺癌标本中nm 2 3 ,α5β1 和VEGF的表达 ,分析其相关性。结果 乳腺癌组织中nm 2 3的低表达与淋巴结转移密切相关 ,α5β1 的低表达和VEGF的高表达与淋巴结转移和组织学低分化密切相关。nm 2 3和α5β1 的表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )而α5β1 与VEGF的表达呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 乳腺癌组织中nm 2 3和α5β1 的低表达及VEGF的高表达可作为早期识别具有高浸润和转移潜能的乳腺癌及判断其预后的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of nm23,integrin α 5β 1 and VEGF in breast cancer(BC),and the effect of the expression on the development of BC. Methods The expression of nm23, integrin α 5β 1 and VEGF in 51 patients with breast cancer were examined by immunohistochemistry,and their correlatios were ananlyzed. Results The low expression of nm23 in BC tissue was associated with lymph nodes metastasis. The low expression of integrin α 5β 1 and the high expression of VEGF in BC tissues were associated with the lymph nodes metastasis and low differentiation of the tumor.The expression of nm23 and integrin α 5β 1 in breast cancer tissues had positive correlation(P<0.05),and the expression of integrin α 5β 1 and VEGF had negative correlation(P<0.05). Conclusions The low expression of nm23 and integrin α 5β 1, and the high exprssion of VEGF are useful maker that can be used to identify high aggressive, metastatic potential in patients with BC at early stage,and can predict the prognosis of BC.
