自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹患者血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平测定

The Level of Serum IL-4 and IFN-y in Patients with Autoimmune Chronic Urticaria

目的:研究自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹患者血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平的变化,探讨Th1/Th2细胞间的平衡与慢性荨麻疹发病机制的关系。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对15例自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹(自体血清皮肤试验阳性)、25例非自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹患者(自体血清皮肤试验阴性)及26例正常人血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平进行测定。结果:自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹与非自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹患者的血清IL-4水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),IEN-γ水平较正常对照组均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);而自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹与非自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹患者之间血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:慢性荨麻疹患者可能存在T淋巴细胞亚群的失衡,但这种异常与其自身免疫机制可能无关。

Objective: To investigate the alteration of serum IL-4, IFN--y of patients with autoimmune chronic urticaria and explore the relation between the imbalance of Thl/Th2 and the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria. Methods: Using the ELISA technique, serum IL-4 and IFN--y of 40 chronic urticaria patients, including 15 patients with positive autologous serum skin test (ASST + ) and 25 patients with negative autologous serum skin test (ASST - ), and 26 healthy control subjects were measured. Results: The concentration of serum IL-4 was elevated and serum IFN-7 low in patients with ASST + chronic urticaria compared to the healthy controls ( P < 0. 01) . IL-4 levels were also elevated in ASST - chronic urticaria patients compared to the controls ( P < 0. 01), and there was a significant difference ( P < 0. 05) between IFN-'/ levels in the ASST-chronic urticaria patients and the healthy controls too. There was no significant difference in IL-4 or IFN-'y levels between ASST + and ASST-chronic urticaria patients. Conclusion: There may be imbalance in subgroups of lymphocytes in patients with chronic urticaria, but that abnormality is not related to the patients' autoimmue mechanism.
