On Credit Crisis and Solutions in Environment of Market Economy

诚信是市场经济发展的客观要求。然而,在今天我国的经济生活中存在着严重的“诚信缺失”问题。诚信缺失是制约经济增长的重要因素。本文从经济学、心理学和社会道德三方面分析了诚信危机产生的原因。主张从提高政府诚信,加快构造企业诚信管理体系,建立个人信用制度,加强德法教育来建立社会诚信机制。

Creditability is the objective requirement of market economic developments. As China has been entering a full stage of market economy, a phenomenon of serious credit gap, however, exists in enterprise systems. Lack of creditability is a crucial obstacle to economic growth, we analyzed the reason for that from economics , psychology and social morality side in this article. It is proposed to improve government credit ,establish enterprises credit management system quickly, establish individual credit system, strengthen law and morality education.
